As outlined in previous article, the images are real burried gold, when it comes to search engine traffic.
My latest find is this: alt text doesn't matter that much at all.
What does?
Filename.
Make sure the filename is made out of your keywords, separated with dashes.

Very true - I learned this a few months ago and changed all my image filenames. Now I get heaps of visits through Google images.
